This is a wonderful value. It offers the latest, most upgraded frequencies and planetary ascension information. It balances live coaching, group energetic support and the benefits of community with a group coaching rate. Suzanna or one of her trained and certified coaches will deliver the Divine Human Upgrade transmission over the phone, using conference calling technology. There are 12 sessions; see course outline .
Each session will begin with students asking questions and sharing a summary of theirweekly experience. The coach will help you understand the relationship between the upgrades and the changes you are experiencing. You will also receive transformational tools to help you integrate the changes into your physical life easily and gracefully.
After the coaching portion of the call, the Upgrade will be delivered using a guided meditation format.
There are 12 sessions, delivered once per week. Each session lasts between 1.5-2 hours. They are all recorded, so if you have to miss a class, you can catch up with the recording.
