Teleclasses

The Guided Meditation Kit plus Teleclasses are a great support option that offers a little bit of structure (to keep you moving on track) and lots of community.  We meet once a week on the phone.  We start with some group discussion/coaching and then I deliver the upgrade of the week.  My voice carries the Sacred Union Technology, so it's all you need for an effective upgrade.  You will work with the Home-Study materials on your own during the week.  Ideally, if you invest one hour per day, as often as possible, you will enjoy relatively more grace and ease during this transformational journey.
