Money, Spirit, and Integrity

The Paradise Council has been giving me a crash course on money, energy exchange and energetic service in the New Energy of the Paradise Dimension. Since many of you are also in the healing arts, I knew you would be interested in this too.
I was shown an image of a pipeline or conduit. When you agree to provide a sacred service for an individual, you are entering into a sacred agreement for an exchange of energy. You create an energy conduit between you and the individual. The diameter of the conduit is determined by the value or dollar amount you place on the service. The bigger the dollar amount, the bigger the value, the bigger the conduit, the MORE ENERGY flows through the conduit back to the receiver of the service. If you transmitting high frequency healing energy, the more your clients pay you, the more energy they receive.
If your client asks for a discount and you agree, the diameter of the energy conduit contracts. It doesn’t serve you or your client to discount the value, as this downgrades the flow of energy.
I know it is tempting to feel sorry for people who say they can’t afford your service. When you buy into their lack consciousness, you are enabling them to stay in lack consciousness. Energetically this is the same thing as encouraging an alcoholic to have another drink so they won't feel their hangover.
If you are feeling resistance to this message, than I may be triggering some lingering lack consciousness within you. It is definitely time to transmute the old money paradigm, step up and into the prosperity that awaits you in Paradise. Consider that you might have some unresolved first, second or third chakra core issues to address. Since sexual energy is creative energy, money problems may be a manifestation of sexual wounding. At the Paradise level of consciousness, when you get out of integrity, you experience instant feedback. To give you some very down-to-earth examples of how this can play out, I’ll share two of my own experiences. (I told you I got a crash course this week.)
First of all, I was shown that I did a disservice to all of you by only charging $11.11 for the November 11th Teleclass. My reasoning was that the Paradise Council was offering such an incredibly HUGE GIFT, that I did not know how to put a price on it. Our souls have been waiting lifetimes for this. So I took the easy way out and decided to charge a symbolic $11.11 fee just to cover my administrative time. By putting such a small fee on it, the conduit I created was very narrow.
I dishonored myself when I didn’t value that I have spent the last eight years of my life in total, constant dedication to transmuting Separation Consciousness within myself, becoming a clear channel for Sacred Union Consciousness and higher dimensional technology, bringing in the highest frequencies and dispensations available and sharing all of this with you. I didn’t value all the time I’ve spent learning how to create and maintain my own website or the time spent upgrading to the latest internet communication tools so that I can serve the world better and faster. I did not value my skills as an inter-dimensional navigator or my ability to anchor the highest frequencies coming from Source. I did not value my own positions on the Paradise Council, Council of Creation, Council of Orion and the Galactic Federation of Light. So when I dishonored and devalued myself, it was reflected back to me by being devalued and dishonored by others.
A married couple showed up for the call the 11:11 Teleclass, after only registering and paying for one person. So immediately I can see that they did not understand the value of the gift being offered or they would not have been so dishonoring. As it turned out, they complained they could only hear one of the two facilitators on the call (not me). So by not providing the requested energy exchange (even as small as it was), they created a constriction in the conduit and did not receive the full energy back. Now they are requesting that I give them access to the recording without having to pay again. To agree to this would be dishonoring to me and a huge disservice to them.
I am very grateful to this couple for the very clear mirror they have provided. This was a very gracefully-presented lesson for me and hopefully for them.
This principle also applies to products that are infused with energy transmissions, like certain books, art and CDs being offered by Paradise Teachers. When an INDIVIDUAL purchases a product, they enter into a sacred contract to exchange energy with the creator of that product and they receive the energy transmissions included with the product. Consider what happens if you pass the product on to friend who hasn’t entered into a sacred contract, paid the price and created the energy exchange. Your friend may receive the information in the book or CD, but they will not receive the energy transmission. So by participating in bypassing the sacred contract, you are dishonoring and devaluing both the creator of the product and the integrity of the transmission for your friend. Both you and your friend will receive immediate corrective feedback. I trust, for your sake, it is graceful!
Another interesting dynamic lies in the timing in which you complete the exchange. The energy exchange conduit does not dissolve until the transaction is complete. So to stay in the highest of integrity, its best to pay the full price before the service is performed. That way you are opening the conduit to your desired diameter for the maximum flow of energy back to you. And you are creating a “clean break” when the transaction is complete. When you pay on credit or with installments, again you are compromising the flow of energy.
From now on, I will be calling on the Paradise Council to assist me in all business decisions, including setting prices. They have suggested that I raise my prices to reflect my true value; and I will be doing so immediately. In this Paradise Dimension, I see that the world begins putting higher and higher values on knowledge, wisdom, and tools that will raise their frequencies and upgrade their consciousness. This is the time for you to step into your leadership role in Paradise. Are you ready? I AM at your service to help in your preparation. Question: I read your Money, Spirit and Integrity article. It makes so much sense that people should pay for spiritual services. So many people are under the impression that if it's spiritual, it must be free or very low cost. There are a few points I'd like you to clarify.
My question is one of affordability to each individual. Say I set a price of $100 for a healing session. A person earning $5000 a month can easily afford it. But what about the single mom who only earns $1500 a month? Are you saying if she asks for a reduction and I agree to it, she will not benefit as much as the patient who paid $100?
And I have a big charge about value. I'm afraid of not giving somebody value for their money, so I tend to give 2 to 3 hour healing sessions for the price of a one hour session. Plus, I've given so many healings for free. My teacher says this builds up my Good Karma bank account. But I cannot go into the supermarket and buy groceries with good karma points. They want $'s, don't they?

Answer: As physicist, Milo Wolf points out,

If there is always an exchange of energy and this is a natural law, then there is some natural measure of a balanced exchange. If the exchange is happening between two people, then the agreements must be crystal clear and consciously agreed upon by both parties. If one party doesn't follow through with their part of the exchange, there is no balance. Then the conduit remains open until the transaction is complete. If you allow the conduit to remain open and the energy return to you doesn't flow back in a balanced way, what happens to you? Your energy gets drained through that conduit.
So many people do things for other people, little favors that appear to be gifts. But they are not gifts because they come attached with some kind of expectation. You make a hidden agreement in your own mind and the other person doesn't even know about it. How can the energy be balanced if the agreement is not conscious, clear and agreed upon? So you do lots of favors for your family and friends. You are "always there for them." You do these favors to win their friendship, to win their approval, to win their company, to create a perception that you are a nice person and probably the biggest reason is to make yourself feel valuable. Sorry to tell you this, but that IS the exchange. Since you didn't make a clear, conscious agreement for an exchange of energy, it is only their friendship, approval, company, perception that you get back. You don't get them to "be there for you" when you need them. So you've built up this favor bank account in your mind. Counting all the times you've been there for them. And now you need a favor and you call and they are too busy, too tired, not available or whatever. Then you feel betrayed, abandoned, cheated. It is not your friend who abandoned, betrayed or cheated you -- you did that to yourself.
And what about giving away your services for little or no energy exchange? Do you really think you are depositing something good in a Karma bank? What is your agreement with this bank? Who runs it? You've already noticed it doesn't pay you back in money when you need it. Does the Karma bank actually hold money? No. Karma is what you create when energy exchange is not in balance. Yes, you are adding to the Karma Bank. You are adding more imbalances.
And the nature of Karma is changing. Since this planet will no longer be hosting reincarnation, we now have instant Karma. Somehow things will be brought into balance immediately. There is no holding over the balance to another lifetime. Imagine that you are out of integrity with yourself and another person because you did not set up a fair agreement for a balanced exchange. Imagine further that you have not executed that exchange to completion. You will get immediate corrective feedback. It may not be reflected in the same relationship. But somewhere in your life, you will get the reflection of that breach of integrity.
For instance, if you cheat yourself out of your true value because somebody tells you their sad tale of lack and limitation, you have breached your own integrity. In another relationship, you might find that somebody has cheated you or stolen something from you. You may feel violated, taken advantage of or disrespected. But it is really a reflection of how you treated yourself. At a subconscious level, you asked the other person to dramatize your own internal relationship. If you buy into someone else's tale of lack and limitation, you are simultaneously buying into, and consenting, to your own lack and limitation.
Can Spirit give you money? Spirit doesn't have any money. Spirit has energy and consciousness. Spirit can send you clients who will pay you money for your services. Spirit can set up golden opportunities and direct you to the doorways. Spirit can arrange for you to meet a person who has just the right new job or new home for you. Spirit can smooth the way with grace and make an intention manifest like magic. But I haven't heard of anyone who had a bag full of money fall into their lap while they were meditating. Money can only come to you through other people. You have to offer them a product or service that they value. You have to set up some kind of pipeline for the money to flow to you from other people.
I remember what you told me on the phone about observing how many people pay huge admission prices to attend a workshop with Anthony Robbins. Obviously there are a lot of people out there that can afford to pay high prices for something they believe will give them value for their money. Someone who really believes in the value presented to them will often find a way to pay for what they desire, even if it's a big stretch. If they are fully aligned with the service, often the money will appear through another source -- seemingly out of the 'clear blue'.
Like attracts like. If you are only attracting clients who can't afford to pay you, this is a reflection of your own money blueprint. Given the little you have told me of your relationship with money and your attitude about wealth, I can see that your money blueprint needs upgrading. When you upgrade to your Divine Human identity and your money blueprint, you will have no trouble establishing and sticking to a fair value for your service. Then it will be a matter of setting up enough pipelines so that Spirit can send you income from all different directions. It will still take some effort on your part to establish these pipelines, but once set up, they will take only a little maintenance and bring you much prosperity.
There is also such a thing called relative value. Like you said, for some people $100 may be as easy as buying a newspaper. For others, it might represent a week's salary. Still, if you believe that you and everyone else, creates their own reality, then you must trust that a person's income is a direct reflection of their own money blueprint. Your money blueprint is another creation of the Ego. You can upgrade your money blueprint and teach others how to upgrade theirs. T. Harv Eker says,

I recently read T. Harv's book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind and attended his Millionaire Mind Intensive where he facilitated the upgrade of my money blueprint. From another source, I learned how to reconnect myself to the Web of Love, which is the same as the Web of Abundance. Now I see myself in the middle of what looks like a spider web. Multiple pipelines flow into me from many different directions. I am finding that more and more clients are attracted to me who happily pay my prices because they value my service. Since my money blueprint upgrade is relatively new, I am investing a lot of time setting up the new energy pipelines. Soon I will have as many pipelines in the physical world as I see when I look at my Web of Abundance.
So getting back to someone who cannot afford to pay your $100 fee. Establish a sliding scale, where both the session time and the fee slide. For example, if you establish a value of $100 for 60 minutes, and somebody can only afford $40, give them a corresponding amount of time and intend for maximum healing to occur within that timeframe. So doing the math, $100/60 minutes = $1.66/minute. How many minutes can she get for $40? 40/1.66 =24. Ask your guides to give her the maximum allowable healing within 24 minutes. And then stick to it!!!! That honors you, her and your trust in the medical technicians that work through you to deliver exactly what she needs within her value bandwidth.
I have also created products that can serve everybody, offered at different price points. I sell my e-book for $10. It has the Divine Human Upgrade commands in it. So if somebody tells me that money is tight and they still want to benefit from my wisdom and technology, they can buy an e-book. At that point, if they are not willing to come up with $10, then it is a reflection of their own lack of value for themselves. Or they have yet to understand the value of my work. Either I adjust the way I present my work or discern that we are not a match for each other.
Let's face it. There are some people who are just energy vampires. They will suck you dry if you let them. I cannot help these people because they really don't want to be helped. They are the ones that want everything I am willing to give them for free, and refuse to invest in any of the valuable tools that I have created to help them; while at the same time complaining about my prices and using guilt to manipulate me into giving everything away for free or little money. So I let them go, in compassion. As a matter of fact, now that I think of it, I have not attracted any of these people since I upgraded my money blueprint. Yeah!

Instead of discounting my price, I offered you the digital download service, which has a lower price point that felt more comfortable for you. It is still fair to me because I don't incur any hard material costs. See, something for everybody. My products go up in price corresponding to how much of my personal time I invest. I have something for everyone. The more personal time and energy you desire from me, the higher the value, the higher the cost. And nobody gets left out because there's something for everyone.

I thought it would be great to have my daughter on the extension line and the two of us could hear it for the price of one. And then I found out that you email the recording and I thought WOW I can record it and send copies to my friends and other daughter!! ...with only a small nigling of guilt.
This is what happened. On the day of the first call - last Thursday - I forgot the phone number at my office, so I had to drive back and get it because I don't have Internet at home. When I got back I had it in my mind that the call was an hour later than it actually was, so when my daughter and I got on the line the call was almost over. When I went downstairs my daughter said she couldn't hear the call on her extension. Then when I got the recording and tried recording it for my friends, the recorder didn't work. Then I read your article Money, Spirit and Integrity and it all became very apparent what was going on for me - in that article, you talk about the people who did the same thing I did and couldn't hear all the facilitators.
I'm very happy to have been so gracefully taught this lesson - it means a lot to me to come to a higher place of integrity. My daughter will be paying for her own classes when she feels she can afford it.

Question: How do you feel about tithing?
Answer: This is a very tricky topic because the concept has been so distorted and taken advantage of by various religious and social structures. There is so much programming that goes with this; it is hard to really give without attachments and expectations of receiving something back. Some people believe that they will receive a 1000% ROI when tithing (whatever you give out, comes back tenfold). Of course, if you believe this, you can make it your reality, as long as you don't have some unconscious doubts blocking the manifestation.
I would say that after you have really cleared yourself of all of your abundance issues and upgraded your money blueprint, you can clearly engage in gifting. Gifting 5-10% of your income in the name of gratitude and energy flow is a good practice. Again, it needs to be done with no strings attached. So it's best to do it as anonymously as possible, so you don't even expect a thank you. And don't expect brownie points from God. It takes great clarity to truly give a gift with no strings attached.
Now, the clincher. Everything I just said is true, but possibly only for the next few years - until the end of 2012 at the latest. In Paradise, balanced energy exchanges will still be called for because it is a law of nature. But at some point, money will dissolve as a form of exchange.
