Each session will begin with students asking questions and sharing a summary of their weekly experience. Suzanna will help you understand the relationship between the upgrades and the changes you are experiencing. You will also receive transformational tools to help you integrate the changes into your reality easily and gracefully.
After the coaching portion of the call, the Upgrade will be delivered using a guided meditation format.
There are 8 live sessions, delivered once every other week over a 16 week period. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours. They are all recorded, so if you have to miss a class, you can catch up with the recording.
